
Job description
The Senior Superintendent has overall responsibility for the project in the field, overseeing site access, scheduling, deliveries, logistics, safety, quality, and construction. They work closely with the Project Manager to ensure execution of the project plan and are involved in all aspects of a project from pre-construction through closeout.
The Senior Superintendent will manage multiple, large, and/or complex projects with a high level of quality assurance and quality control. They will supervise and manage internal field teams, trade partners, and owner vendors, and promote teamwork and open communication on the project site.
This role requires a strong work ethic, team-first attitude, and exceptional oral and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare, and/or mission-critical projects, and a solid background in construction trades and technical knowledge.
