Join our HR team at the heart of CMA-CGM’s transformation and growth! Accompany HRBPs on various operational HR topics, contribute to the deployment of HR processes, and ensure a rigorous follow-up of personnel administrative management.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources
• Operational experience in HR (e.g., generalist HR, recruitment, training, social law, social control)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Reactive, customer-focused approach, resilience, proactivity, and creativity
• Excel skills
• English proficiency
• Familiarity with HR software (SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.)
