CEVA Logistics is seeking a Team Lead Operations to lead a sub-process within the Inbound department. The role involves leading a team of 35 employees, inspiring and motivating them to achieve goals, and contributing to their personal and professional development. The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager and work a single shift at the CEVA Logistics location in Tilburg.
Requirements
- Bachelor-level thinking and working skills, with at least a completed MBO-4 education
- Between 1 and 3 years of work experience in a similar role
- A natural people manager with proven leadership experience in a similar (logistics) setting
- Ambitious, hands-on, and able to perform well under pressure and in fast-paced situations
- Solution-oriented, proactive, and a strong sense of ownership
- Full-time availability
- Strong command of the English language, spoken and written
