Transportation Compliance and Regulation Specialist - Ontario, Canada

Transportation Compliance and Regulation Specialist to provide administrative and operational support for driver, vehicle, and insurance compliance, ensuring adherence to Canadian transportation regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Transportation, Logistics, or Business Administration is considered an asset
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Transportation safety, insurance, or compliance role within transportation or logistics
• Strong working knowledge of Canadian transportation regulations, including National Safety Code (NSC) standards and provincial operator requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using web-based or compliance tracking systems
• Excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information, self-motivated team player capable of working independently
