Job description
CME Group is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer I to begin their career in our Markets portfolio. This is an entry-level opportunity to learn how to build, operate, and scale the systems behind CME’s Globex trading platform.
Learn from and work alongside senior engineers to assist with building out observability, monitoring, and alerting for key services. Write and maintain basic scripts and tools to help reduce toil and improve engineering velocity.
A passion for technology and a strong desire to build a career in Site Reliability Engineering. Foundational programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python, Java, C++, Bash) demonstrated through coursework, personal projects, or internships.
