Job Description
The Loan Officer is responsible for originating mortgage loans by meeting with potential borrowers, obtaining documentation, and following through with the entire loan process. This role involves data collection, analysis, presentation of products, and establishing customer relationships.
Requirements
- Originate quality FHA, VA, and conventional mortgage and home equity loans.
- Manage customers through the loan process, ensuring data collection and documentation.
