Medical Assistant

Role Overview

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to provide exceptional patient care and uphold our quality medical services. The role involves direct patient care, phone skills, assessment, and triage. Hours may vary depending on patient flow.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include patient communications, handling phone calls, obtaining medical history, performing lung function testing, and administering injections. You will also be responsible for patient follow-ups, administrative tasks, and quality control.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a kind attitude. Experience with Allergy and Asthma is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Washington MA license
• BLS/CPR certification obtained within 30 days of hire
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and cooperatively as a team member
• Professional demeanor with a focus on accurate, efficient, and comprehensive patient care
• Kind, upbeat, and positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Punctual and reliable attendance
