Requirements
- More than 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- Completed certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central or proof of comparable experience
- Knowledge or experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules is an advantage
- Several years of experience in project work and well-developed consulting expertise
- In-depth knowledge of personnel-related topics and especially HR processes
- High affinity to modern (cloud) technologies
- High flexibility and travel readiness
- Interest in open and constructive cooperation
- Negotiation-secure German and English knowledge
