Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail (Bakery/Deli), with at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory capacity
• Experience within the Co-op Retailing System, or in a retail Food Store would be an asset
• Ability to handle multiple demands – adaptable, organized, efficient, and committed
