Project Manager

Coast and Harbor Associates is seeking experienced Project Managers for projects in the Charleston, SC area. The successful candidate will have at least ten years' experience managing the design and construction of new or renovated buildings, and must have experience with project management software, budgeting, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Managing projects with values of at least $15 million
• Developing, monitoring, and reporting on budgets and schedules
• Providing quality assurance during design and construction
• Evaluating proposed modifications and change orders
• Utilizing current electronic project management software
• Working closely with the project owner to successfully manage projects
