Requirements
- 5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth startups
- Proven record of sourcing and closing 10-15 hires/year across technical and GTM roles
- Experienced in building recruiting functions or stepping into a Head of Talent path
- Proficient with ATS and sourcing platforms such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem, or HireEZ
- Strong operational mindset data-driven, process-focused, and continuously improving
- Excellent storyteller who can sell the mission and vision of a fast-scaling startup
- Scrappy, hands-on, and thrives in ambiguous, high-velocity environments
