Paralegal

Our client is seeking a full-time Paralegal for its Mission Viejo, CA office. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience supporting attorneys in civil litigation matters. The role requires strong attention to detail and organization, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a busy environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil litigation
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and litigation management software
• Familiarity with e-filing systems (state and federal)
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
