Cobb Summer 2026 Internship - Oklahoma

Interns will work in a variety of poultry production and live operations positions to become familiar with the various parts of the production process. They will also gain exposure to operation support departments such as Safety and Quality Assurance. Based on successful performance and the talent needs of our business, Interns may have the opportunity to become full-time Cobb Team Members.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with at least one semester of school remaining
• Agriculture or Poultry Operations or other agriculture related fields are preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Motivated self-starter who has the desire to learn from others
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Time management and multitasking abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills
