Technical Lead

The company is looking for a Technical Lead to lead a team of 3 to 6 software engineers and take ownership of one of the core systems at Coda. The successful candidate will have a passion for building great products and software, exemplary communication skills, and experience in an agile environment.

Requirements

• Lead a team of 3 to 6 software engineers
• Take ownership of one of the core systems at Coda
• Design and develop highly scalable, reliable, secure, and fault-tolerant systems end to end using state-of-the-art technology
• Work closely with the Product team to ensure goals and work are clearly defined
• Own the execution of product and technical goals
• Coach team members using continuous improvement techniques
