Code and Theory is seeking a Front-End Engineer to build AI-native digital platforms and user experiences. The role involves developing modern, performant, and scalable frontend applications, translating design concepts into polished interfaces, and partnering with teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Requirements
- Strong, demonstrated experience building production frontend applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Proficiency with modern component libraries and UI systems
- Solid grounding in responsive design, accessibility, frontend performance, and scalable UI architecture
- Experience integrating frontend applications with headless CMS platforms and backend APIs
- Familiarity with frontend tooling, Git workflows, testing practices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong attention to detail and design sensibility, paired with strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in agency, consultancy, or enterprise SaaS environments
- Familiarity with Vercel and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with data visualization libraries such as D3 or Highcharts
- Comfort using AI-enabled tools day-to-day
- Experience orchestrating multi-step or agent-driven AI workflows
- Strong judgment reviewing and hardening AI-assisted output for security, scalability, maintainability, and architectural fit
