
Job description
As an Operations Lead, you will own the day-to-day execution and management of our Records Retrieval Team. You will help shape the team from the ground-up: hiring and training, process design, performance tracking.
Create new-hire orientation and continuous training programs for records roles, Define and track performance of the Records Team, Restructure internal organizations to optimize efficiency and reward top performers, Design the internal processes and SOPs used daily by the Records Team, Model internal capacity and margin constraints to meet the demands of new customers and volume, Build operational improvements to streamline tracking and visibility, Work with engineering to build new internal products to streamline record retrieval operations
A top-tier operator with 3+ years of experience in startups or high-growth industries, Possess a strong, analytical mind, Comfortable with ambiguity and starting from scratch, Technical or technical-adjacent, An excellent communicator, Meticulously organized
