Job description
We are seeking a highly capable Full Stack React Developer to join a small, collaborative team. This role plays a key part in evolving a leadership development platform, with strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and user experience.
Design, build, and maintain robust user-facing features using ReactJS, architect and optimize scalable backend systems and data models using PostgreSQL, develop responsive, consistent, and modern interfaces using Tailwind CSS, and leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and innovation.
A strong collaborator with clear and professional communication skills, a proactive problem solver who takes ownership of solutions from concept to delivery, self-directed and effective in a remote, small-team environment.
