Role Overview

Coeur Rochester, a subsidiary of Coeur Mining Inc., is seeking an IT Administrator to join our Information Technology team at the Rochester Mine. The IT Administrator is responsible for supporting and maintaining site infrastructure systems, servers, virtualization platforms, network environments, and core enterprise technologies while providing advanced technical support across site operations.

What You Will Do

Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for escalated infrastructure, systems, networking, and end-user issues. Support administration and maintenance of Windows server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file services, and related Microsoft infrastructure technologies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server environments and Active Directory infrastructure
• Working knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, switching, routing, wireless networking, DNS, and DHCP
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues
