
Job description
The Mine Superintendent is responsible for the creation, modification and delivery of a full range of engineering processes at the Silvertip Operation. This role involves championing divisional and department safety, maintaining knowledge of safety policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company safety regulations.
Develop and implement operational work processes, develop the operational budget, monitor variances, develop operations improvement strategy, and provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports.
This role is suitable for individuals who want to grow their career in a progressive, team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will have a proven safe work record, excellent computer skills, and a valid driver's license.
