The Reliability Superintendent is responsible for ensuring equipment, processes, and systems perform consistently and dependably over time, minimizing the risk of failures and downtime. This is a strategic role focused on proactively preventing issues and optimizing the overall lifecycle of assets.
Champion a safety-first culture, lead and develop a team, develop and implement strategies for improving equipment reliability and processes, lead defect elimination efforts, and perform asset criticality analysis.
