Job description
We are seeking a Reliability Technician to ensure the reliable operation of the crushing circuit and equipment by performing regular inspections, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance. The role is part of the Coeur Rochester team, which prioritizes safety, teamwork, career development, and growth.
Perform condition-monitoring routes, work with maintenance and operations groups, contribute to documentation of Reliability program activities, participate in precision maintenance operations, and use hand tools, power tools, and precision-measuring devices and testing instruments.
The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting industrial machinery, a willingness to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, and strong communication skills. The role offers a quarterly bonus, hourly rate range, and full benefits on day 1.
