Breezeline is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and maximize sales opportunities in a retail setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound traffic, promoting Company products and services, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1-3 years of sales and customer service experience
- Proven ability to build genuine connections with customers
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Performance at a high standard and consistently meets/exceeds all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) expectations
