We are seeking a Director of Commercial Strategy & Marketing to lead the growth agenda, define commercial growth strategy, and build a scalable growth engine. This role requires a marketing generalist who can oversee growth strategies, positioning, performance marketing, and brand narrative, with a focus on customer experience and journey optimization.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or commercial leadership roles
• Proven track record scaling a digital-first brand or business
• Strong experience in growth marketing, digital, and brand
• Experience in telecom, connectivity, subscription, or adjacent industries
• Experience launching or scaling in the U.S. market
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
