Pharma Vendor Management Coordinator

We are looking for a Pharma Vendor Management Coordinator to serve as the primary conduit between our client's scientists and CRO partners, ensuring timely and thorough communication and logistics support.

Requirements

• BS – Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or related field
• 5-10 years of nonclinical operations, outsourcing, project management or vendor management experience
• Customer-facing experience
• Strong time management skills and flexibility to handle urgent projects within given timelines
• Impeccable communication skills – verbal and written
• Very strong attention to detail and safety as well as problem-solving skills
• Demonstration of excellent team player skills
• A high level of learning agility and the ability to work across functions
