Community Relations Director

The Community Relations Director will manage all community outreach to maintain and exceed established occupancy goals for the community through strategic and long-term planning, identifying and building relationships with professional and non-paid referral sources, generating qualified leads, conducting community tours, and driving revenue growth.

Requirements

• High School diploma required
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
• At least 3-5 years of experience in relational sales
• Ability to manage time effectively, high initiative, and good judgment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM software
