Developer Community Manager

We are an applied AI lab building end-to-end software agents, makers of Devin, the first AI software engineer, and Windsurf, the AI-native IDE. We're looking for a Developer Community Manager to build a community around Devin's transformation of how developers work.

Requirements

• Technical background: 2+ years of experience in developer relations, community management, technical evangelism, or a related role at a technology company
• 2+ years of experience in planning and executing technical events, workshops, or community programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Builder mentality: ability to ship a scrappy v1 than wait for perfect conditions
• Comfort operating autonomously in a fast-moving environment
• A record of exceptional achievements and impact
