COGNNA is a fast-growing cybersecurity startup revolutionizing how businesses manage their security operations with a SaaS platform. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead core security, AI, and data integration capabilities to solve real cybersecurity challenges.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS cybersecurity
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with SOC, engineers, data scientists, and compliance experts
- Deep understanding of data integrations, log sources, APIs, and security platforms (SIEM, XDR, EDR, threat intel feeds)
- Experience managing agile teams and launching scalable SaaS products
- Experience with JIRA, AI & AI Prototyping tools, product analytics
- Master Communicator: ability to use clear, simple language and value interpretability over 'fancy' terminology
- Cybersecurity Native: understanding of how cybersecurity works
- Excellent analytical skills, to be able to properly measure and respond to product metrics
- Stakeholder management skills: ability to motivate cross-teams to support product growth
- Rapid decision making: ability to communicate and proactively address issues
