Provider Outreach Specialist

Cohere Health is looking for a Provider Outreach Specialist to expedite medical records requests and respond to provider inquiries with accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism. The specialist will work cross-functionally with audit operations teams to resolve issues, ensure compliance with policies, and support a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• 2-3 years customer service experience in Healthcare, preferably in claims
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical records
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Exceptional time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Commitment to teamwork, collaboration with internal teams, and continuous learning
