Lead Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to join our team in Fremont, CA. As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out electronics design, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in electronics design.

Requirements

• MS or Ph. D. in Electrical Engineering or related technical fields
• 3-5 years of related experience
• Solid foundation in analog and digital circuit design
• Understanding of PCB design rules and familiarity with PADS software or similar design tools
• Knowledge of active and passive electrical components
• Ability to work with little supervision and manage assigned tasks effectively
• Identify, select, and implement new development, component, manufacturing and/or testing technologies to develop innovative solutions for high-speed optical packages
