Process Technician

The Process Technician will support wafer and chip production in the Semiconductor Fab, focusing on chip pick and place, and assist with general maintenance, waste water treatment operations, and hazardous waste management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a cleanroom semiconductor wafer Fab
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Direct experience in photolithography, RIE, and vacuum deposition
• Ability to handle small (mm size) die with tweezers with precision
• Previous experience in semiconductor die/chip handling highly desirable
• Attention to details
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic level of skills in MS Word and MS Excel
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and process procedures
