We are seeking skilled and motivated InP Engineers and Technicians to join our growing team in Sherman, TX. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with III-V semiconductor materials, photonics devices, and cleanroom processes, and a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Operate and maintain equipment for InP wafer processing, device fabrication, and characterization.
• Perform process development, testing, and optimization for InP-based devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to materials, devices, and process flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
• Document experiments, results, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
