Senior MOL Process Engineer (Based in Ipoh)

Establish process capability and capacity/productivity model, define process and establish optimum parameter setting. Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve yields.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master of Science/Engineering in Electronics, Photonics, Mechanical or Mechatronics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related industry and mass production environment
• Good computer literacy in SPC related applications
• Strong data analytical skills and hands-on working attitude
• Adaptable and flexible to rapid changes to business needs
