Responsible for overall equipment uptime in Front of Line machines & fixtures, spare parts tracking, and working closely with automation and process engineering teams. Emphasizes safety and adheres to company values (ICARE).

Requirements

• Diploma of Engineering in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical
• Experience in die attached machines and wire-bonders (advantageous)
• 12-hour shift work, independent problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Good computer literacy, SPC knowledge, and adaptability
• Mechanical dimensioning, tolerancing analysis, and poka-yoke principles (advantageous)
