We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Associate Engineer - Product to manage and execute high-precision assembly tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in epoxy bonding processes, optical alignment machines, and lean manufacturing principles.

Requirements

• Diploma of Engineering preferably majoring in Mechatronics or Mechanical or Electrical
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in MNC industries
• Good computer literacy, SPC & OPAC knowledge
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on working attitude
• Adaptable and flexible to rapid changes to the business needs of the company
