Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Risk Strategy Leader with a proven track record in risk management in the crypto, payments, or fintech industry. The role involves leading the development, implementation, and optimization of risk strategies to protect the platform, drive sustainable growth, and align with industry best practices and regulatory standards. This position requires cross-functional collaboration and influence on risk governance policies.
Requirements
- Lead the design and execution of comprehensive risk management frameworks.
- Define and oversee risk control policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Drive the development of advanced analytics and modeling techniques using SQL, Python, and BI tools.
- Guide and mentor risk management team members.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, Product, Compliance, and Operations teams.
