Requirements
- Assist in the development, enhancement, and periodic review of risk management policies, procedures, and operational risk frameworks.
- Spearhead and support risk assessments activities to identify and evaluate potential operational risks across key business areas.
- Utilize existing risk management tools and systems to capture, monitor, and analyze operational risk data.
- Develop and implement practical risk mitigation strategies and control enhancements to address identified risks
- Promote a strong risk-aware culture through effective risk communication, awareness campaigns, and training programs.
- Participate in incident investigations and lead or support root cause analysis to identify key risk factors and recommend control improvements.
- Prepare, maintain, and present risk dashboards, reports, and other risk-related deliverables to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise-wide risk initiatives and continuous improvement of the risk management function.
