Job Description
We are looking for multiple Cost Engineers within the disciplines of Construction, Installation Technology (WTB/E) and Infrastructure (Civil) for a large client in the Hoofddorp area. You will work on challenging new construction, renovation and infrastructure projects in a complex operational environment.
Requirements
- Preparing, analyzing and substantiating cost estimates in all project phases.
- Evaluating tenders and calculations from contractors and suppliers.
- Advising on optimizations, alternatives and risks.
- Working with project teams and contractors on integral solutions.
- Working with contract forms such as UAV, UAV-GC, RAW and STABU (or be willing to learn this).
- Cost monitoring and reporting in Excel.
