Clerk role responsible for validating customer account information, analyzing customer account data, and providing phone support. Must have call center background, intermediate Excel experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

- 8am – 5pm schedule with flexibility to work 7-4 or 7:30-4:30 as needed
- Call center background/Phone support experience
- Intermediate Excel experience
- Previous Banking Experience (highly preferred)
- Professional demeanor

- Ability to multi-task and be flexible with a high volume workload
- Experience in an administrative, reporting, or high-volume production environment
