Part - Time Instructor, Diesel Technology - FY 2026

The College of Southern Nevada is seeking a Part-Time Instructor for Diesel Technology. The instructor will teach Diesel Technology courses, provide lab safety training, and evaluate student mastery of skills. 5 years of experience in the Diesel Heavy Truck/Equipment Industry are required, with a preferred Associate of Applied Science Degree in Diesel Technologies. Salary is $925.00 per lecture credit hour.

Requirements

• Lecture and Lab instruction for Diesel Technology courses
• Provide Lab Safety Training
• Evaluate student mastery of skills and competencies required by course outcomes
• Provide advisement to students
• Some program and/or curriculum development may be requested
• Attend staff meetings and recruitment activities as requested
