Project Manager

Join Colliers Project Leaders in Ottawa to lead and deliver major capital building and infrastructure projects across various sectors, with a primary focus on healthcare. The role provides opportunities to contribute to multidisciplinary projects in other market areas. As a Project Manager, you'll develop strong client relationships, manage stakeholders, and ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.

Requirements

• University degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, project management or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience managing and delivering projects in the healthcare sector (asset)
• Experience with the preparation of RFP's, tenders and tender closing/award procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of scheduling (MS Project), word processing (Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) software applications
• Professional industry credentials such as the following, or other similar industry recognized designation (asset): PMP, P,Eng, RA, CSA Z8000-18 Canadian Health Care Facilities, CSA Z317.13-17 Infection Control During Construction
• Positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with local and regional teams
• Strong sense of community and involvement in local community boards and associations
