Project Manager

Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Edmonton. The successful candidate will deliver multiple projects for capital maintenance and renewal building systems, develop strong client relationships, and lead clients through the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a university degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience, with 5 years of experience in project coordination and management.

Requirements

• Deliver multiple projects for capital maintenance and renewal building systems
• Develop strong client relationships and act as the client's single point of contact
• Lead clients through the set-up, initiation, execution, monitoring, and reporting of their projects
• Manage change, communicate, and coordinate between multiple stakeholders, resolve issues, and deliver projects on time and on budget
• Work with a diverse team to successfully deliver a program of capital project construction
• Forecast a project's schedule based on information received
• Serve as Account Manager to develop and enhance key strategic accounts within your sector
