Assistant Property Manager

Colliers is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong client relationships skills and be able to develop and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in real estate, commercial preferred
• Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
• Experience with contract and leasing agreements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel)
