The Facility Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of assigned facility sites within a multi-market portfolio, supporting operations and maintenance, budgeting, and compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive facility and/or property management experience
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from an accredited college or university
- Professional designation such as RPA, CPM, or CFM preferred
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain facility management teams
- Strong financial, budgeting, and accounting acumen
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Exceptional client service and relationship-management abilities
- In‐depth knowledge of facility systems and building operations
- Proficiency with computer systems, software and administrative tools
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to adapt and grow as portfolio scope and complexity increase
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Ability to travel 25%
