Financial Analyst - Commercial Real Estate

Join Colliers as a Financial Analyst to support our Capital Markets team on the US West Coast. This role involves providing financial analysis, drafting Offering Memorandums, and supporting transaction management and brokerage services.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in commercial real estate underwriting and modelling experience
• Knowledge in ARGUS
• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling fluency is critical)
• High accountability, strong judgment
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related area
