Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and creative marketing leader to facilitate Colliers' continued growth as an industry leader. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial real estate, B2B services, or a professional services environment, with a strong mix of strategy, design, and collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including project ownership or team leadership responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience developing interactive and multimedia presentations
- Skilled in photography and video editing tools and best practices
- Experience with social media scheduling platforms and email marketing platforms
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, CMS tools, and digital analytics dashboards
