Colliers is seeking a Property Manager to join their team in Orlando, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, developing strong relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 2 – 4 years’ experience in commercial real estate
• Must hold a valid real estate license
• 1-3 years of management experience
• Experience in YARDI Voyager (integrated accounting)
• Strong understanding of financial reports
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
