Senior Property Manager

Make your next move an expert one. As the Senior Property Manager, you'll be involved in all aspects of managing on behalf of our client, including leading and developing a dynamic team, handling operations and financial and administrative activities, and managing important relationships with tenants, property owners, and vendors.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of progressive experience managing commercial real estate
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field
• California Real Estate License Required
• Strong experience with real estate software such as YARDI, MRI, etc.
• Previous exposure with institutional clients
• Strong understanding of financial reports, basic business fundamentals, including P&L management
