Valuation Services Director

The Valuation Services Director will perform top-tier valuation services to obtain new and retain top clients, managing a team to deliver exceptional client service and results. They will also promote and advocate Colliers’ brand in the local market, articulating its value through superior customer service to its clients.

Requirements

• MAI Designation required
• 10+ years of related work experience
• Bachelor’s degree plus completion of advanced appraisal class curriculum (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Team player mentality with excellent communication skills
