Extrusion Operator

Role Overview

Extrusion Operators are responsible for configuring, maintaining, and operating the extruder machine to facilitate an efficient manufacturing process. They perform manual or semi-automated tasks, operate the extruder machine, and assist in the operation of loading raw materials and packaging products.

What You Will Do

Main responsibilities include performing quality inspections, completing documentation, participating in preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, and solving production-related problems to minimize downtime.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, and experience in operating extrusion machines or plastic transformation. They will also have basic knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operating extrusion machines or plastic transformation or molding or chemical process handling
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of materials, machines, tools, and production processes
• Ability to use internal document control systems
