Job Description
The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks an Outreach Behavioral Health Clinician I to work with street outreach workers to identify and engage individuals living on the streets who need behavioral health care. The Outreach Behavioral Health Clinician will provide assessments, diagnoses, consultation, education, and referral/linkage for individuals with behavioral health issues.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required
- Master's degree in social work, counseling or similar field
- Licensed as a LCSW or LPC preferred
